Chung Nguyen Do was born on May 23, 2005 in Sofia, Bulgaria, to parents who are both Vietnamese. Many sources confirm that he has Vietnamese nationality. In 2011, Chung Nguyen Do joined CSKA Sofia's youth academy at the age of 6. A year later, he transferred to Slavia Sofia's academy, starting his journey to pursue professional football from there.
Chung Nguyen Do initially played as a goalkeeper, but later switched to midfield because he wanted to enjoy the game more.
Chung Nguyen Do made his professional debut in the Bulgarian Premier League on January 13, 2023, in a match against Pirin Blagoevgrad.
