(NLĐO) - Actor Vo Canh suffered an unexpected accident, hitting his head on the ground and bleeding during an action scene in the film "You Can't Escape Me".

Recently, Thúy Ngân posted a behind-the-scenes video clip of her co-star Võ Cảnh getting injured on her personal page.

The actress shared that before filming began, she jokingly offered Vo Canh an ice cream if he performed well in the scene. However, just seconds later, the actor fell hard, hitting his head on the ground and bleeding profusely.

"The whole crew panicked, everyone was worried. Everything happened so fast, I didn't even have time to process it," Thuy Ngan recounted. Immediately afterward, the medical team provided first aid to the laceration on the spot while waiting for an ambulance to take the actor to the hospital.

Vo Canh said he was only worried about slowing down the crew's schedule, but after finishing the sewing, things stabilized quite quickly and he was ready to continue filming. The only problem was that he wasn't allowed to wash his hair, so he had to use dry shampoo every day to style it in time for filming.

When asked if this was his most memorable scene, Vo Canh said the film had many challenging action sequences, but accepting the risk of injury was something he had anticipated when taking on the role.

"I always remind myself to do my best to bring the most complete character possible to the audience; that's my motivation and my joy. With action films, getting injured is something I'm prepared for. Fortunately, my injury was minor," said Vo Canh.

Vo Canh plays the role of Duc Nhan - a Vietnamese criminal police officer.

He collaborated with Angel (played by Thúy Ngân).

After two weeks of airing, "You Can't Escape Me" has attracted over 100 million views across platforms (VieON, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Zalo Video), and has become one of the most prominent Vietnamese TV series of July.

The film is currently being broadcast on VieON, starting from July 4th.
