Linh Ho Commune Police take people's fingerprints to make Citizen Identification Cards. |
Realizing the importance of personal identification documents for studying, working, medical examination and treatment or banking transactions, Linh Ho Commune Police quickly put the CCCD issuance station into operation right at the headquarters. From the system of modern machinery and equipment to the arrangement of staff working throughout the week, even after office hours, every step is carefully prepared to best serve the people.
According to records, despite the sudden increase in workload, the procedures for issuing and exchanging CCCDs in Linh Ho were carried out quickly and transparently. People only need to declare in the electronic environment, significantly reducing the use of documents. Ms. Trieu Thi Huong, Na Tra village, excitedly shared: "Now I can make CCCDs right in the commune, I don't have to go far like before. The procedures are quick, there are staff to guide me enthusiastically, it only takes a few steps to complete, I feel very satisfied".
Mr. Luong Van Dung, Pau village, Bach Ngoc commune, although not a resident of Linh Ho commune, still went to Linh Ho commune police headquarters to complete the procedures. Mr. Dung said: “Before, I had to go to the district, waiting all day to complete the procedures. Now, going to Linh Ho commune to do it is both quick and convenient. The police officers are very enthusiastic, explaining each step clearly.”
Just over a month after the merger, Linh Ho Commune Police have received and processed dozens of applications for issuing and renewing ID cards, ensuring information is consistent with national data on population and new administrative units. In addition to serving the people in the commune, the unit also supports residents of neighboring communes.
Not only stopping at issuing ID cards, the police force also proactively promotes the benefits of chip-embedded ID cards, especially in the use of online public services, an important step in promoting digital transformation at the grassroots level.
Lieutenant Colonel Vu Viet Nhi, Deputy Chief of Linh Ho Commune Police, emphasized: “Valid documents are a condition for people to access administrative services, health care, loans, go to school, go to work, etc. Therefore, we must deploy quickly and conveniently to serve the people.”
The promotion of issuing and renewing ID cards in Linh Ho not only addresses urgent needs after the merger, but also clearly demonstrates the spirit of innovation and serving the people of the local government and the grassroots police force. This is also a step forward in modernizing population management and building e-government right from the commune level, the place closest to the people.
