DTO - On May 19, the Provincial People's Committee issued an official dispatch directing the acceleration of the implementation of Decision No. 45/2016/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on receiving and returning administrative procedure results (TTHC) via public postal services.

Accordingly, provincial departments, branches and sectors and district-level People's Committees focus on disseminating widely in many forms to organizations and individuals about administrative procedures received and returned through public postal services and administrative procedure reform models, such as: Appointing time to perform administrative procedures at home; combining online public services and public postal services; citizens do not write associated with online public services; Project on transferring public administrative tasks and services. Continue to coordinate with the Post Office to train and support Post Office staff on professional guidance, receiving documents, returning results of administrative procedures to ensure security, safety, efficiency, convenience, compliance with regulations and best serve the needs of individuals and organizations, especially professional activities according to administrative procedure reform models using public postal services. Proactively promote connection and information exchange to serve the reception of records and return of administrative procedure results via public postal services to bring higher efficiency in handling administrative procedures for people and businesses.

The Department of Information and Communications shall preside over and coordinate with provincial departments, branches, and sectors, and district-level People's Committees to continue reviewing administrative procedures that do not require individuals or organizations to be present in person to advise the Provincial People's Committee to add them to the list of administrative procedures that are allowed to receive dossiers and return results of administrative procedures via public postal services to create more favorable conditions for people and organizations in the process of handling administrative procedures. Implementation time is in the third quarter of 2023.

Dong Thap Provincial Post Office strengthens training, ensures quantity, improves quality of staff, employees, and workers in sending and receiving documents, supporting people and businesses in performing administrative procedures in the electronic environment; ensures that receiving documents and returning results of handling administrative procedures according to models using public postal services of the Post Office in the province are safe, accurate, and in accordance with regulations.

Request provincial departments, branches, sectors, district People's Committees and request the Director of Dong Thap Provincial Post Office to properly implement the above contents. Assign the Director of the Department of Information and Communications to monitor and report on the implementation situation in sectors and levels in the province.
