In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of Agribank Dak Lak Branch has many changes in management levels and personnel of Standing Committee members and Executive Committee members. Up to now, the Party Committee of Agribank Dak Lak Branch has 257 party members (253 official party members, 4 probationary party members), operating in 25 affiliated party cells.

During the past term, the Party Committee's activities faced many difficulties and challenges, but with the attention and direction of the Party Committee, the Board of Members, the Executive Board, the departments and centers at the Headquarters, the Party Committee promoted the tradition of solidarity, creatively applied and effectively organized the implementation of the Party's directives and resolutions. Along with the efforts and high consensus among cadres, party members and workers, the Party Committee has directed the completion of most of the set goals and tasks.

Regarding the Party building work, the Party Committee has led and directed the successful completion of goals and tasks. Specifically: The Party Committee has achieved the title of "Excellently completing tasks" for 5 consecutive years; 100% of the subordinate Party cells have completed their tasks well or better. At the end of the term, the number of Party members in the Party Committee achieving the title of "Excellently completing tasks" reached 91.43%, with no Party members failing to complete their tasks. During the term, 43 new Party members were admitted (the resolution target was to admit at least 30 Party members).

Every year, the mass organizations have achieved the title of "Excellently completing the task". The Party Committee has directed the Trade Union and the Youth Union to annually mobilize union members and workers to carry out charity, social security and gratitude activities. Thereby, 100% of union members and workers have participated in contributing to the Gratitude Fund and the Trade Union Social Fund, considering this a responsibility and obligation, a noble gesture to contribute to the community and society with a total program amount of more than 29 billion VND...

Closely following the local socio-economic development goals, on the basis of assigned planning targets, the Party Committee has led and directed the branch to focus on completing its business tasks well.

Specifically, compared to the beginning of the term, the total capital at the end of the term increased by 54%, the average capital increased by 10.8%/year. Credit activities have had high and stable growth over the years, contributing to promoting socio -economic development in the area. Total outstanding loans increased by 63.27%, the average annual growth was 11.7%. Implementing credit policies for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the branch's lending capital has made an important contribution to the economic restructuring in the area.

Leaders of Agribank Dak Lak Branch presented money to support social security work in the locality.

The Party Committee has paid close attention to the leadership and direction of the development of banking services and identified this as one of the important tasks in banking activities to both increase income and enhance the position and brand of Agribank. The unit has done well in implementing traditional services for customers. Gradually applying services using 4.0 technology, the unit has equipped 43 ATMs and 89 CDM/POS devices to promptly meet the non-cash payment needs of the people in the area; account opening and card issuance have been promoted and implemented in most agencies, units and schools in the area. As a result, service revenue has grown by an average of 7.5% per year. Annual financial results have always completed and exceeded the financial plan assigned by Agribank, with an average annual growth of 18%, sufficient salary fund and ensuring salaries and incomes, each year higher than the previous year for employees. Annually pay all tax obligations to the state budget. Debt collection and risk handling work reached 288% of the plan.

Propaganda work, fully and promptly disseminate the Party's directives and resolutions, policies and laws of the State, creatively and specifically apply them to the practical activities of the Party Committee. Develop a work program suitable to the characteristics of the situation and political tasks of the Party Committee, attach importance to the inspection and supervision work during the implementation of tasks. The Party Committee's Executive Committee is united, unanimous in directing and organizing the implementation of resolutions, promoting the combined strength of the political system and the consensus of workers. Proactively seek the attention and support of local leaders, the Party Committee, the Board of Members, and the Executive Board of Agribank to strive to successfully complete assigned tasks.

In addition, the unit has also done a good job in Party building and rectification, consolidating a strong political system; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, promoting the exemplary vanguard role of cadres and party members, being serious in criticism and self-criticism, maintaining solidarity and consensus within the entire Party Committee. Constantly innovating the leadership and management methods of the Party Committee, at the same time paying attention to political and ideological education, cadre organization, inspection, supervision and mass mobilization work. Regularly grasping the aspirations of the masses and party members, promptly detecting negative manifestations and behaviors to prevent and handle them promptly.

In the coming time, the unit will continue to closely follow the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Board of Members, the Executive Board of Agribank, the direction and tasks of local socio-economic development in each period, market developments, proactively propose appropriate solutions for business activities to develop safely, sustainably, and complete the set business targets.

In particular, focus on implementing stable credit growth on the basis of ensuring capital safety and developing products and services; improving the quality of credit activities. Strengthening the promotion of Agribank products, services and brand; improving the quality of existing products and services, proactively and actively exploiting and expanding the market, deploying new banking products and services, modern technology. Raising awareness, making breakthroughs in innovation, strongly promoting digital transformation, green transformation, innovation, applying information technology in operations, improving the competitiveness of branches in the area.

Arrange and streamline the apparatus, focus on developing labor resources to meet the requirements of management, operation and provision of digital banking services on a modern technology platform. Strengthen discipline in the spirit of the rule of law, focus on inspecting and supervising the implementation of business processes, promptly detecting and handling existing problems to consolidate and build a developing, safe and sustainable unit.
