With the theme “ Dak Lak welcomes friends from all over”, as a warm and sincere invitation from the sunny and windy highland land with humanity, the Festival attracted the participation of more than 300 delegates from 28 palaces, children's houses, and youth activity centers in the Southern region.
The delegates experienced exciting and proud moments when participating in the big game “Echoing the Buon Ma Thuot Victory”, underwater teambuilding, Tay Nguyen folk dance, pickleball competition. There were also profound moments when offering incense to the Memorial of the soldiers who marched to the South and offering flowers to report their achievements at the Uncle Ho Monument with the children of ethnic groups in Dak Lak province; visiting historical and cultural relics.
The opening and closing programs were exciting with special art performances carefully prepared by the participating units. In particular, within the framework of the Festival, there were also culinary cultural exchanges, each unit brought specialties and stories imbued with the identity of their homeland.

Mr. Phan Truong An (Youth Activity Center of Dong Thap Province) shared: “The first time coming to Dak Lak, my group and I had the opportunity to visit historical sites and famous landscapes, feeling the lovely features of this place such as friendly people, beautiful landscapes, and many specialties. At the Festival, through the challenge of answering questions related to historical sites and specialties of Dak Lak in the big game content, I had a deeper understanding of the land, culture and people here”.
At the Festival, the Vietnam Children's Support and Development Center donated 1,000 cartons of nutritious milk, and the units attending the Festival donated children's works worth 90 million VND to children in Dak Lak province, thereby joining hands to care for the young generation of the country.
On this occasion, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers honored and commended 55 talented and exemplary leaders in the Southern region. Each of the leaders honored is a typical example with silent but extremely meaningful contributions to the work of children at the grassroots level. They are both organizers, trainers and close friends of the children. The leaders in charge strive in their work not only as a duty but also with love, they play an important role in the journey of nurturing the soul, personality and passion of the young generation.
A typical example is Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Hien (Deputy Director in charge of the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Cultural House). She has had many initiatives and solutions to meet work requirements, especially organizing many new programs for children and teenagers such as: Semester in the Army, Ambassador of Great Unity of Ethnic Groups, talent search competitions... She also has many musical works for children and teenagers participating in regional and national festivals. At work, she is always responsible, dedicated and sets an example in each program.

Or Ms. Nguyen Thi Lieu (Dak Nong Province Youth Activity Center) is one of the talented young staff, directly managing and teaching the dance class. During her time working, Ms. Lieu has created and guided many outstanding art performances to participate in competitions and art festivals from the provincial to regional level, winning many high awards. Thereby contributing to creating a vibrant cultural and artistic movement at the Center, discovering and nurturing many outstanding talented students.
Ms. Lieu shared: “As one of the 55 individuals honored at the Festival, I feel very proud and honored that my efforts and endeavors have been recognized. Participating in the Festival gives me the opportunity to exchange professional knowledge, communicate, practice and improve my skills to better serve my work."
Held every two years, the "Talent Management" Festival is one of the annual activities of the system of palaces, children's houses, and youth activity centers in the Southern region.
According to Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union Secretary, Head of the Festival Organizing Committee H Giang Nie, the Festival is an opportunity for officials in charge of youth and children in the southern provinces and cities to exchange, learn, and share experiences, contributing to building a united and strong community of youth and children workers.
This is also an opportunity to introduce and promote typical local cultural activities to participating provinces. At the same time, it contributes to spreading the good values of youth work, attracting the attention of the community, especially parents, to the care and education of the young generation.
