Navy Region 4 hands over foreign patient after emergency treatment

Colonel Nguyen Huu Minh - Deputy Political Commissar of Naval Region 4 presented flowers to congratulate the patient on his recovery.

Previously, patient Saipulaev Daigim Aduevich (65 years old) - a crew member of the medium-sized oil tanker Pechenga, part of a formation of 3 ships of the Russian Navy on the way after a visit to Vietnam at Tien Sa port ( Da Nang ) had symptoms of prolonged abdominal pain and was received by the Naval Region 4 Command, dispatched Ship 471, and taken to the mainland for emergency treatment.

The patient was taken to Military Hospital 87 (Nha Trang City) for emergency treatment on the morning of May 19. Diagnosis: Acute appendicitis, mitral valve regurgitation, hypertension, heart failure... Doctors performed laparoscopic appendectomy on the patient. After 4 days of treatment, the patient responded well, had no fever, stable cardiovascular system, dry surgical wound, and normal digestion.

After receiving emergency treatment and recovering his health to continue the voyage with the crew, patient Saipulaev Daigim Aduevich was moved and sincerely thanked the Vietnamese Navy and the doctors and nurses of Military Hospital 87 for their dedicated help and care during the past days. The Naval Region 4 Command mobilized Ship 465 to bring the patient back to the Pechenga Ship, which was anchored 17 nautical miles southeast of Binh Ba Island (Cam Binh Commune, Cam Ranh City).
