The model was deployed in Bo Suoi hamlet, Nam Hoa commune with 6 households participating on a total area of ​​9 sao of rice fields. Households participating in the model were supported with 100% of seeds and trained in sowing and care processes. The results of monitoring and comparing the HKT99 variety with some local hybrid rice varieties showed that: HKT99 has the ability to grow and develop strongly, good tillering, high resistance to pests and diseases, good rice quality; the average yield reached 83.6 quintals/ha, 13.4 quintals/ha higher than the control variety. In terms of economic efficiency, the HKT99 hybrid rice yielded nearly 10.7 million VND/ha higher than the control variety...

The demonstration model was evaluated as successful by households, local authorities and businesses.
