On August 8, in Hanoi , the Central Council of the Young Pioneers directed the Center for Support and Development of Vietnamese Children to coordinate with the Colokit Art Supplies Brand - Thien Long Group to organize the 2023 Color Festival program - a painting contest with the theme "Vietnamese Children Do Thousands of Good Deeds".
Vice President of the Central Council of Young Pioneers, President of the Central Training Council Le Anh Quan, Head of the festival's organizing committee, said that this is the 6th year the two units have coordinated to implement the program with the desire to create a healthy and useful playground for teenagers and children; encourage them to be creative, contribute to nurturing and developing their painting and fine arts skills, promote their talents, and develop comprehensively.
The 2023 Color Festival - a painting contest with the theme "Vietnamese Children Do Thousands of Good Deeds" was held in 6 provinces and cities with many useful and practical activities, aiming to interact with children across the country.
The drawing contest will accept entries until August 25, 2023 at the website https://ngayhoisacmau.colokit.com and award prizes in September 2023. After more than 3 months of implementation, the Organizing Committee has received more than 35,000 entries from children across the country.
Through this contest, the Organizing Committee hopes to create conditions for children to express their feelings, beliefs, and pride in the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization and the "Thousand Good Deeds" movement; to praise good deeds, typical examples of children in studying, practicing and following Uncle Ho's 5 teachings; and at the same time to reflect the exciting emulation activities of the Team bases to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the "Thousand Good Deeds" movement; to encourage and reflect beautiful actions, good deeds, the spirit of solidarity, diligence, and striving to excel in studying, practicing, living and in the daily life of children.
At the festival, 500 children from Thanh Cong B Primary School, Ba Dinh District participated in the contest. The organizing committee also presented 500 meaningful gifts to the children./.
