Speaking to review the tradition, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation - Nguyen Phuc Linh said: Over the past 96 years of formation and development, under any circumstances, under the leadership of the Party, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation has always promoted the glorious revolutionary tradition of the nation, overcome all difficulties, performed well its functions and tasks, continued to promote its core role in protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; at the same time, played an active role in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

The generation of union cadres united, unified in will and action, bringing the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and union activities to new heights.

After the merger, the provincial Trade Union has constantly innovated its content and methods of operation. Patriotic emulation movements such as: "Good worker, creative worker", "Good at national affairs, good at housework"... have gone into depth, are practical, and increasingly take better care of the material and spiritual life of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers.

Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor - Nguyen Phuc Linh called on all cadres, union members, workers, civil servants and laborers to spread the spirit of "one province - one will - one action - one belief in victory" and continue to promote the precious tradition of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization to strive to compete in labor production, work and study, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of socio -economic development of the province and the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress.
