Comrade Ngo Thi Lien (aka Ha Thi Phuong Dung), born in 1927.

Hometown: Yen Loc Commune, Y Yen District, Ha Nam Ninh Province (now Nam Dinh Province).

Veteran revolutionary cadre, member of the Communist Party of Vietnam , retired official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Awarded by the Party and State: Third-class Independence Medal, First-class Resistance Medal, Second-class Resistance Medal, Medal for the Cause of Women's Liberation, 80-year Party membership badge.

Due to old age and poor health, he passed away at 2:14 p.m. on April 24, 2025 at Friendship Hospital, at the age of 99.

The funeral will be held according to the High-level Funeral ceremony, starting from 7:40 to 8:45, April 28, 2025 at the Funeral Home of Friendship Hospital, No. 1B Tran Khanh Du, Hanoi .

Cremated on the same day at Hoan Vu Crematorium, Van Dien, Hanoi.

Burial at Ha Dong town cemetery in Bo Cac field, Van Phuc village, Ha Dong.
