According to the plan to organize summer activities for students in 2025 of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, in addition to ensuring safety in caring for, managing andeducating students, there are clear regulations: Educational institutions need to make plans to review culture and foster knowledge for weak and poor students; absolutely do not organize extra teaching and learning in any form, do not organize teaching in advance of the program; review, practice for exams, tests, surveys to arrange classes for the 2025-2026 school year.

Educational institutions strictly implement the provisions of Circular No. 29/2024/TT-BGDDT dated December 30, 2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training on extra teaching and learning.

For high school level, at the end of the school year, the school proactively coordinates with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the local Pioneer Council to develop an activity plan, organize the handover of students to local summer activities and receive students back when the new school year begins.

Activities focus on the content of education on ethics, lifestyle, national historical and cultural traditions and popularization of legal education; propaganda on prevention and response to natural disasters, injuries, drowning, traffic accidents, child abuse and violence, food safety and hygiene, environmental sanitation, epidemics, addictive substances "disguised" in forms such as paper stamps, tongue charms, milk tea, cookies...

Schools need to coordinate with the parents' representative committee, departments, sectors, organizations and local authorities to detect and take timely measures to deal with students who show signs of disobedience; resolutely not let bad guys take advantage of and entice students to participate in social evils, illegal religious propaganda activities and illegal activities.

In addition, schools and localities need to coordinate to organize recreational activities, life skills training and physical exercise; encourage students to participate in recreational activities.

For preschool level, based on actual conditions and parents' need to send their children (parents of children have summer school application), the voluntary spirit of teachers registering to work in the summer, preschool education facilities develop a plan to organize summer activities, report to the People's Committee of the commune, ward, or town (for groups of children, independent kindergarten classes) and the Department of Education and Training.

Preschools must perform well in management, maintain summer duty, ensure physical and mental safety for children at all times and places; implement collection and expenditure regimes agreed with parents and approved by management.

For 5-year-old preschool children, facilities need to choose to equip them with the necessary educational content and skills to help children quickly adapt to the transitional stage and prepare their mentality for first grade.
