Accordingly, Mr. Le Tuan Anh, son of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga - Permanent Vice Chairwoman of SeABank's Board of Directors, registered to sell 5 million SSB shares by negotiation and/or order matching between October 15 and November 12, in order to restructure his personal finances.

Before the transaction, Mr. Tuan Anh was holding more than 41.42 million SSB shares, equivalent to 1.45% of charter capital. If the transaction is completed, his ownership will decrease to 36.42 million shares, equivalent to 1.28% of capital at SeABank.

Currently, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga owns more than 120 million SSB shares (equivalent to 4.22% of the bank's capital), while Ms. Le Thu Thuy - Mr. Tuan Anh's sister and also Vice Chairwoman of SeABank's Board of Directors - holds more than 65.6 million shares, accounting for 2.3% of the capital.
