Bac Lieu is the first province to announce the 10th grade exam scores for 2025 nationwide. The Bac Lieu Department of Education and Training announced the 10th grade exam scores for 2025 on the evening of June 3. Candidates can view the exam scores posted at high schools. At the same time, the benchmark scores have also been announced.

Bac Lieu is the province that organizes the 10th grade entrance exam the earliest in the country. The Bac Lieu 10th grade entrance exam takes place from May 22 to 24. Candidates take the exam in 3 subjects: Literature, Math, English. Candidates who register for specialized schools take the exam in an additional specialized subject.

This year, more than 7,000 candidates took the 10th grade entrance exam in Bac Lieu. Meanwhile, the enrollment quota of schools is about 6,600 students.

Bac Lieu Specialized High School alone enrolls 315 students. Including specialized classes such as: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Information Technology, Literature, History, Geography and English.

The Department of Education and Training only considers candidates who are eligible to take the entrance exam, have taken all the required exams, have not violated any regulations, and the score of each exam must be greater than 0.

Admission is conducted from high to low until the quota is met. In case the final quota is considered, but there are many candidates with the same admission score, admission will continue according to the following priority order:

Have a higher total score in the 3 exams of Math, Literature and English.

Has a higher average score in Math, Literature and English at the end of grade 9.

Has a higher average score in Math, Literature and English at the end of grade 8.

Has a higher average score in Math, Literature and English at the end of grade 7.

Has a higher average score in Math, Literature and English at the end of grade 6.

In case a candidate has enough points to pass the admission test according to regulations but does not submit additional application documents or has passed the admission test but does not complete the admission procedures within the prescribed time, the school's admission council shall report and prepare a proposal to the Department of Education and Training for permission to enroll additional candidates according to the principle of considering the next candidates with the total admission score from high to low until the quota is met.

The 10th grade exam is taking place nationwide. Out of 63 provinces/cities, 5 provinces are conducting the exam: Ca Mau , Lam Dong, Vinh Long, Phu Yen, Gia Lai.

Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are the two cities with the largest number of students taking the 10th grade entrance exam in the country. Next are provinces such as Nghe An and Thanh Hoa.
