The Draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution will amend 8 articles of the 2013 Constitution, including: Article 9, Article 10, Article 84, Article 110, Article 111, Article 112, Article 114, Article 115. At the conference, delegates, union members, and youth at the points of contact highly agreed with the content of the Draft Resolution; at the same time, expressed expectations for a streamlined and effective local government apparatus. In particular, the clear provision that the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union democratically consults, coordinates, and unifies actions under the leadership of the Vietnam Fatherland Front demonstrates organizational value, reflects a long-term vision, and is consistent with the new organizational model after being reorganized and streamlined towards being close to the people.
