Award ceremony of the contest "Ha Giang City - Rendezvous in the far North"

BHG - On the morning of May 17, at the Central Hall of Ha Giang City, the City Literature and Arts Association held a closing ceremony and awarded prizes for the literary and artistic composition contest with the theme "Ha Giang City - Rendezvous in the North Pole" in 2024. The contest was launched to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the founding of Ha Giang City (October 2, 2010 - October 2, 2025) and towards the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.

BHG - On the morning of May 17, at the Central Hall of Ha Giang City, the City Literature and Arts Association held a closing ceremony and awarded prizes for the literary and artistic composition contest with the theme "Ha Giang City - Rendezvous in the North Pole" in 2024. The contest was launched to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the founding of Ha Giang City (October 2, 2010 - October 2, 2025) and towards the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Organizing Committee took souvenir photos with the winning authors.

After 6 months of implementation, the contest has attracted a large number of professional and non-professional authors, including writers, poets, musicians, cadres, soldiers, students, and workers inside and outside the province. The Organizing Committee received 167 works from 75 authors, including: 31 memoirs, 129 poems, and 7 musical works. Through a fair selection process, the Jury selected 31 outstanding works to award prizes in 3 categories: memoirs, poems, and music.

Second prize awarded to the winning authors.

The Organizing Committee awarded 7 Second Prizes, 9 Third Prizes and 15 Consolation Prizes to the entries that closely followed the theme, expressed positive ideological content, had high artistic value and discovery. Many entries vividly depicted the outstanding achievements of Ha Giang city in the fields of politics , culture, society, poverty reduction, new rural construction and advanced examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, as well as implementing well the 8 words of Uncle Ho to the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in Ha Giang city...

The contest has contributed to spreading love for the homeland, encouraging the movement of literary and artistic creation and promoting the image of Ha Giang city - the rendezvous point in the northernmost part of the country.
