At the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Nguyen Minh Tien announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee on merging Ha Giang Newspaper and Ha Giang Provincial Radio and Television Station into Ha Giang Newspaper. The decision assigned and appointed the positions of Editor-in-Chief and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Ha Giang Newspaper after the merger. Comrade Nguyen Trung Thu, member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board, Editor-in-Chief of Ha Giang Newspaper was assigned and appointed to the position of Editor-in-Chief of Ha Giang Newspaper. Comrades: Nguyen Binh Minh, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Ha Giang Newspaper; Mai Ngoc Quynh, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Ha Giang Newspaper; Tran Viet Tuyen, Deputy Director of the Provincial Radio and Television Station; Ngo Chien Quang, Deputy Director of the Provincial Radio and Television Station were appointed to the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Ha Giang Newspaper.

After the merger, Ha Giang Newspaper is a public service unit directly under the Provincial Party Committee; the organizational structure after the merger includes 1 editorial board and 9 affiliated departments: Organization - Administration Department; News Department; Specialized Department; Secretariat - Editorial Department; Electronic Newspaper and Digital Content Department; Arts - Entertainment Department; Ethnic Department; Broadcasting Department; Technical and Program Production Department. After the merger, 1 public service unit directly under the province was reduced, 7 department-level focal points were reduced, reaching a rate of 43.75%.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh presented the decision to comrade Hoang Thi Hang, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

Next, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Nguyen Minh Tien also announced the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee's Decision on transferring comrade Hoang Thi Hang to stop holding the position of Director of Ha Giang Radio and Television Station and appointing her to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board.
