(BTNO) - On April 8, at the Provincial Military Command, the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Manh Hung chaired the conference.
