ORGANIZING A DELEGATION OF PRESTIGIOUS PEOPLE OF LANG PROVINCE TO EXCHANGE AND LEARN EXPERIENCES IN NGHE AN PROVINCE AND HUE CITY IN 2025

From October 15 to October 20, 2025, the Working Group of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Lang Son province exchanged and learned experiences with the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Nghe An province and Hue city on the implementation of ethnic work, ethnic policies, policies for prestigious people, good and creative practices in economic, cultural and social development, propaganda work, mobilizing ethnic minorities to develop the economy, preserve culture, maintain security and order at the grassroots level...; The Group visited a number of effective economic development models in ethnic minority areas in the localities visited by the Group.

The delegation visited Bao La Bamboo and Rattan Knitting Cooperative in Dan Dien commune, Hue city, which is known as one of the large-scale, highly effective commercial Bamboo and Rattan Knitting models in Hue city.

According to Mr. Vo Van Thanh - Head of the Bao La Rattan and Bamboo Cooperative's Business Department, "The cooperative's products are favored by import-export enterprises in Hanoi and the Northern region and have signed sales contracts. Thanks to effective business operations, the cooperative has created stable jobs for about 125 local workers with an average salary of 4 million VND/month" .

Next, the delegation visited TH Dairy Company in Nghia Dan commune, Nghe An province with the project "High-tech concentrated dairy farming and milk processing". TH Group currently accounts for 40% of Vietnam's fresh milk market share. TH Group's dairy farm cluster in Nghe An set a record for the largest concentrated dairy farm in Asia and is currently expanding to many provinces and cities.

Through the study trip, the members of the delegation acquired a lot of valuable knowledge, skills and experiences. They learned many good models and effective methods in economic development, poverty reduction, preservation of national culture, and maintenance of security and order at the grassroots level. They learned lessons in mass mobilization and building a great national unity bloc. After the trip, each prestigious delegate will apply the knowledge and experience they have learned to propagate and guide people in the village to carry out economic development in accordance with local realities./.
