The delegation included representatives of leaders of units under the Ministry: Ministry Office, Department of Propaganda for Ethnic and Religious Affairs, Department of Policy, Department of Legislation, along with reporters from VietNamNet Newspaper, businesses, organizations, and philanthropists participating in the program. On the side of Lang Son province, there were Comrade Tran Thanh Nhan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Nguyen Van Luc, Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Lang Son province, along with leaders of several specialized departments under the Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, and leaders of Trang Dinh and That Khe communes that suffered heavy losses due to natural disasters.

During the working trip, the delegation directly visited, encouraged and presented hundreds of gifts to prestigious people, ethnic minority households that suffered human and property damage, as well as a number of schools in ethnic minority areas that were flooded and damaged by the storm. Each gift included cash, necessities and essential living items, with a total value of nearly 800 million VND mobilized from socialized sources through VietNamNet Newspaper and contributions from businesses and philanthropists.
