On the Dong Nai side, there were comrade Ho Thanh Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; along with more than 100 enterprises of Dong Nai province and many news agencies and press attended and reported.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, gave an overview of the province's location, potential, strengths and investment attraction orientation. He emphasized that this conference is one of the important investment promotion activities of Ninh Thuan province; it is also an opportunity for organizations, enterprises and investors between the two provinces to explore opportunities for cooperation in infrastructure investment, production and business investment in industrial parks (IPs) and industrial clusters (ICs) of Ninh Thuan province, creating a breakthrough for the province's industry; at the same time, expanding and strengthening investment promotion cooperation, connecting investors of IPs, ICs, enterprises, investors of Ninh Thuan province and potential partners in Dong Nai province.

With the advantages, potentials and development space of the province in the context of Vietnam's multilateral integration and strong development; at the same time, along with preferential mechanisms in attracting investment, Ninh Thuan is always ready to welcome and create conditions for investors and Dong Nai enterprises to research and explore investment cooperation opportunities in the province as well as have consulting activities, support Ninh Thuan to build and develop key areas, form a synchronous ecosystem to create momentum to promote the development of industrial production and processing projects and pillar industries of the province.

At the conference, delegates, enterprises and investors from Dong Nai discussed and introduced the position, role and strengths of Dong Nai province in the Southern key economic region. Comrade Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, said that each locality has its own strengths to develop socio-economy and attract investment; if Dong Nai has strengths in developing industrial parks (it is the leading locality in industrial development with 33 industrial parks established with a total land area of 10,222.59 hectares, by 2030, Dong Nai will complete 48 industrial parks), at the same time Long Thanh International Airport is under construction, after completion it will be the largest airport in the country... then Ninh Thuan province has strengths in cultural development and tourism potential, especially sea tourism, while tourism in Dong Nai province has not developed commensurate with its potential.

In the process of economic development, Dong Nai province always determines that in order to develop quickly and sustainably, there must be connections with other provinces; therefore, Dong Nai always supports and calls on enterprises that have invested, operated stably and effectively in Dong Nai province to boldly research investment, expand to neighboring localities, including Ninh Thuan, which is both an opportunity for their own development and contributes to promoting sustainable development cooperation between localities. With its potential, advantages, policies, and clear investment attraction orientation, we believe that Ninh Thuan province will attract many investment projects from investors not only from Dong Nai but also from many provinces and cities across the country and large corporations in the world.

Closing the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee sincerely thanked Dong Nai province for its support, assistance and cooperation in organizing the conference.

He affirmed that Ninh Thuan is an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors not only because of its preferential investment policies based on its own strengths but also because of its commitment to gradually improving infrastructure, its participation, companionship, support and creation of the most favorable conditions for investors in the process of investment and production and business activities in the province. He expressed his hope that the conference will open up many cooperation opportunities between Ninh Thuan and Dong Nai in all fields, especially in the province's key areas, which are also areas that Dong Nai needs to develop.
