Well organized activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Armed Forces of Thanh Hoa province

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of August 7, under the chairmanship of Colonel Vu Van Tung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander, the Provincial Military Command held a conference to assign tasks and deploy preparations for organizing activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Armed Forces (August 24, 1945 - August 24, 2025). Attending the conference were representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Newspaper - Radio and Television Station, and relevant departments and branches.

As the agency directly advising and implementing tasks to prepare for the Anniversary, over the past time, the Provincial Military Command has developed plans and implemented activities closely and seriously, creating a great spread, arousing pride and excitement for officers and soldiers in the entire armed forces of the province.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing, evaluating and agreeing on the coordination of organizing a number of key activities and tasks in the coming time.

Speaking at the Conference, Colonel Vu Van Tung emphasized: The celebration is an important political event to propagate and educate officers, soldiers of the armed forces and the people in the province to have a deeper awareness of the glorious tradition of 80 years of building, fighting and growing up. To successfully organize this event, the Provincial Military Command is the agency in charge of advising and coordinating the implementation of the contents and tasks according to the plan; proactively and closely coordinating with relevant departments, agencies, branches and units that are members of the Organizing Committee to do a good job of preparing for the celebration to ensure solemnity and meaning.

As planned, the 80th Anniversary of the Provincial Armed Forces' Traditional Day will be held on August 23, 2025.
