Seminar on Legal Policy Tax and Invoice for Tourism Business Activities

On June 23, in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Tourism Association and Tax Department Region III held a seminar on "Tax and invoice policies and laws for tourism business activities".

Leaders of Quang Ninh Tourism Association spoke at the seminar.

The seminar attracted the participation of nearly 100 delegates, representing tourism service businesses in the province.

At the seminar, representatives of the Tax Department of Region III and representatives of tourism service businesses shared information and discussed new groups of policies applicable in 2025 and the coming time such as: Law on Tax Administration, Law on Personal Income Tax; Law on Value Added Tax; regulations on tax management for business activities on e-commerce platforms, digital platforms of households and individuals... Many issues related to tax registration policies, invoices and documents... of businesses were also answered at the seminar.

Tourism service businesses and representatives of the Tax Department of Region III shared and answered questions related to the enforcement of tax laws.

The seminar "Tax Law and Invoice Policies for Tourism Business Activities" took place in the context of many new regulations of the Tax sector coming into effect, demonstrating the companionship in raising awareness, propagating, supporting to remove obstacles for tourism service businesses in the process of implementing Tax laws, actively contributing to promoting sustainable tourism development.
