FULL TEXT: Decree 150/ND-CP regulating the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and communes

(laichau.gov.vn) Full text of Decree No. 150/2025/ND-CP of the Government regulating the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities and the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones under provinces and centrally run cities.

This Decree provides for the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities, and the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones under provinces and centrally run cities.

This Decree applies to specialized agencies under the provincial People's Committee, including departments and equivalent agencies; specialized agencies under the commune People's Committee, including divisions and equivalent agencies.

The following agencies are not subject to this Decree: Management Boards of Industrial Parks, High-Tech Parks, Economic Zones and Management Boards with other names under the Provincial People's Committee; Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council; public service units under the Provincial People's Committee; public service units under the Commune People's Committee and organizations under central agencies organized vertically in localities.

Decree No. 150/2025/ND-CP of the Government regulating the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities and the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones under provinces and centrally run cities has 5 chapters and 25 articles.

In which, Chapter I - General provisions, includes 2 articles regulating the scope of regulation, applicable subjects; organizational principles.

Chapter II - Regulations on specialized agencies under the People's Committee at provincial level, including 8 articles (from article 3 to article 10).

Chapter III - Regulations on specialized agencies under the People's Committee at the commune level (from Article 11 to Article 16).

Chapter IV - Responsibilities of Ministries, ministerial-level agencies and People's Committees at provincial and communal levels (from Article 17 to Article 22).

Chapter V - Implementation provisions, including 3 articles, stipulates transitional provisions, enforcement effect and implementation responsibility.
