In the first 6 months of the year, the province's socio -economic development continued, with most indicators showing a fairly good growth rate. The province's economic growth in the first 6 months is estimated at 6.64%; total social investment capital mobilization is estimated at 18,147 billion VND (up 11.34% over the same period, equal to 37.91% of the plan).

The province's industrial production index is estimated to increase by 15% over the same period; total retail sales of goods and service revenue is estimated at VND59,200 billion (achieving 49.35% of the plan, up 10.9% over the same period).

The province has actively organized many major cultural activities and key events, attracting a large number of tourists, with total tourism revenue estimated at VND 1,115 billion (up 69.66% over the same period). The province's total export turnover is estimated at USD 1,293 million (reaching 69.5% of the plan, up 27.9% over the same period); total state budget revenue reached VND 5,640 billion (up 32.35% over the same period, equal to 71.77% of the estimate assigned by the Central Government and 59% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council).

The province has approved investment decisions for 9 projects with a total investment capital of VND 1,195.6 billion. As of May 31, 2025, the province has disbursed public investment capital of VND 1,739 billion (reaching 25.3% of the plan).

The cultural and social fields were promptly implemented; support was given to build and repair 5,305 houses under the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses (reaching 72.73%).

The security and order situation in the province has been maintained stable. Party building work has been deployed promptly. Party committees at all levels have focused on leading and directing the preparation for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
