Tottenham lost the European Super Cup in an unthinkable scenario

Before the match, fans predicted that PSG would have an easy match, as their opponent was only a club ranked 17th in the Premier League last season. All historical statistics also supported coach Luis Enrique and his team, as 11 out of 12 Champions League champions won the most recent European Super Cup match.
