The inspection team noted that the unit had signs of administrative violations in the field of education as prescribed in Point b, Clause 5, Article 6, Decree No. 04/2021 of the Government : Organizing educational activities or providing educational services without permission to operate.
In addition to the request to stop operations, the Inspectorate of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City is handling violations of the Than Dong 8 Foreign Language Center according to its authority.
