Apartment building No. 155-157 Bui Vien Street, Ben Thanh Ward, the People's Committee has decided to approve local adjustments to the detailed urban construction planning project at a scale of 1/2,000 (sub-area planning) of the existing central area of Ho Chi Minh City (930 hectares) in block code S6.

For four apartment buildings including: Truc Giang Apartment Building, Xom Chieu Ward; Vinh Hoi Apartment Building (Lots A, B, C), Khanh Hoi Ward; Ton That Thuyet Old Apartment Building (Lots A, B, C), Khanh Hoi Ward; Hoang Dieu Old Apartment Building (Lot Y), Khanh Hoi Ward, currently, the Department has issued a decision on approving the outline and estimate for local adjustment of the detailed urban construction planning project at a scale of 1/2,000 for the Inter-Ward Residential Area. Currently, the Ward People's Committee is the agency organizing the preparation, appraisal and approval according to regulations.
For 10 projects that have not yet had an inspection conclusion, they must be relocated or dismantled but must carry out renovation and new construction work:
Regarding Ngo Gia Tu apartment complex, Vuon Lai ward has relocated and demolished 1 apartment block and has not relocated or demolished the remaining blocks and proposed to invite investment. Currently, Vuon Lai ward People's Committee is making a detailed plan at a scale of 1/500 according to regulations.
For the remaining 9 apartment complexes, the determination of planning and architectural criteria to serve the program of construction, renovation, repair of old apartment buildings, and construction of new apartment buildings to replace old, dangerous, and severely damaged apartment buildings built before 1975 in the City will be considered in the process of establishing related zoning plans.
