According to the signed content, the two sides will coordinate to share smart manufacturing assessment tools, exchange experiences in building AI ecosystems and appropriate legal frameworks. Tampere will support the transfer of experience in digitalizing construction processes and developing advanced materials, while Ho Chi Minh City will share IoT and 5G application models in port operations. At the same time, the two sides agreed to develop a joint startup network and organize international networking events.
It is expected that Ho Chi Minh City will invite the Tampere delegation to attend the Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum (HEF) Week in November 2025 to continue expanding cooperation and introducing technology products between the two cities.
The C4IR Center affirms that it will continue to play a bridging role in promoting international cooperation on innovation, digital transformation and sustainable development in Ho Chi Minh City.
