The Political Center and the Literature and Arts Association of Pho Yen City have just coordinated to organize a training course on literature and arts work in 2023 for more than 80 members.

Accordingly, members were trained in literary and artistic composition, with the following topics: "Traditional and innovative poetry - Some experiences in composing poetry"; "Theory and practice of writing short stories"; "Artistic photography and press photography - The difference between artistic photography and press photography" and deploying the Association's tasks in 2023.
Through the training course, members are expected to improve their awareness and the Party's viewpoints on literature and arts in general, and the theory and criticism of literature and arts in particular, in response to new requirements. On that basis, apply and promote the effectiveness of information and propaganda work, promote the creation and promotion of literature and arts, contributing to the building of an advanced culture with strong national identity, which is truly a solid spiritual foundation and an important endogenous strength for the development of the country in general and the development of Pho Yen City in particular...
