Thu Dau Mot City has just received 3 records established by the Vietnam Record Organization, including: Local record for organizing the most multi-species fruit garden donation and planting activities by civil servants, officials, dignitaries and officials in the area (from June 1 to June 30, 2024, with 343 people participating in planting 346 fruit trees of 298 species); Record for a provincial city implementing the project of planting street trees and greening public lands with the largest number of oil trees (as of October 2024, reaching 62,213 trees) and Record for the administrative headquarters campus with the largest system of multi-species ancient trees (including 170 ancient trees, of which 53 have been recognized as Vietnam Heritage Trees as of April 2024).
