Speaking to review the tradition, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh said that after 95 years of accompanying the history of the national revolution, mass mobilization work has always been an important part of Party building work, of strategic significance to the Party's revolutionary cause, contributing to consolidating and strengthening the close relationship between the Party, the State and the people.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, when Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh City come under one roof, it is not only the unification of administrative boundaries but also the consensus of the entire political system and the agreement of all classes of people.
Thereby overcoming the difficulties of the initial stage after the reorganization, resolutely and vigorously making efforts to reorganize the development space, building Ho Chi Minh City into the leading economic center of the country, firmly stepping into the new era.
The Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee said that in the new situation, every cadre, party member, and civil servant of the city must keep in mind and follow Uncle Ho's teaching: "If mass mobilization is poor, everything will be poor; if mass mobilization is skillful, everything will be successful."

At the conference, 159 collectives and 62 typical "Skillful Mass Mobilization" at the city level in 2025 were commended.
Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Van Thi Bach Tuyet assessed that these are typical nuclei, shining examples of responsibility, constant creativity, close attachment and devotion to the people; a living proof of the spirit of great national solidarity.

According to the Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, statistics at present show that the emulation movement for skillful mass mobilization in the city has become one of the bright spots of the country with more than 7,600 models in various fields.
In the context of Ho Chi Minh City entering a new era with the whole country, people's happiness, satisfaction and trust are the highest measure of the leadership effectiveness and governance capacity of the political system.
The Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee requested Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, wards, communes, and special zones to continue to thoroughly educate cadres, civil servants, and public employees about the important role and strategic significance of mass mobilization work; constantly innovate mass mobilization activities in a practical, effective, grassroots-oriented direction, taking people as the center of service.
"The example set by leaders and heads is the most effective task and unspoken command to strengthen and maintain people's trust" - Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee emphasized.
Ms. Van Thi Bach Tuyet also suggested that each neighborhood, hamlet, agency, unit, and locality must be a "skillful mass mobilization nursery" associated with the patriotic emulation movement and the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.
