On the side of the Department of Science and Technology, the unit will produce digital media publications (videos, infographics, social media posts), organize digital skills classes and seminars, launch a friendly, free digital learning platform. At the same time, deploy online training to popularize artificial intelligence (AI) and integrate digital capacity into the annual competition criteria of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers.

During the implementation process, the two sides will hold meetings to evaluate activities, draw experience to adjust and supplement appropriate content and propose content and action plans for the next period.

It is expected that in May 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City will organize a launching ceremony for the "Digital Education for the People" movement, launch a community digital technology volunteer team and call on all classes of people to respond to this movement.
