The delegation visited and encouraged new officers and soldiers at Regiment 31 - 309th Infantry Division, with 80 new recruits undergoing training; Engineering Brigade 25, with 80 new recruits undergoing training; Artillery Brigade, with 20 new recruits undergoing training; and Armored Brigade 26 (all belonging to Military Region 7), with 125 new recruits undergoing training, all located in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.



Speaking to reporters, soldier Truong Cong Hoa (Company 12, Battalion 9, Regiment 31) said that after nearly three months of training at the unit, he felt very excited and enthusiastic. The dedicated guidance of the officers in the unit helped Hoa overcome homesickness and gradually adapt to the military environment.

"I hope that after completing my military service, I will improve my physical fitness and health. In particular, I hope to become a more disciplined and responsible citizen, contributing more to my family, locality, and city," soldier Hoa shared.

Reporting to the delegation, representatives from the training units stated that over the past nearly three months, the new recruits from Ho Chi Minh City have quickly adapted to the environment, their psychology is stable, their health and physical fitness have continuously improved; they have shown clear maturity and composure, and have a good understanding of their revolutionary tasks and their units.
The soldiers also mastered the contents of the regulations on troop management and drill regulations; they were proficient in the basic contents of techniques and tactics...

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Nguyen Thanh Nghi, cordially inquired about and encouraged the new recruits performing their military service at the training units.
Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi also expressed his pride and joy in visiting units with a long tradition of heroism. This provides favorable conditions for educating and training new recruits who have completed nearly three months on the training ground.






The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also visited the living quarters and training grounds to chat with and encourage the new recruits to strive for excellence in their studies and training, with enthusiasm and dedication.



The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee expressed confidence that the military environment would help soldiers mature and cultivate the fine qualities of a soldier. Therefore, after completing their military service and returning to their localities, these soldiers would continue to contribute their youth to building and developing their communities.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi also pledged that Ho Chi Minh City would direct local authorities to pay attention to and care for the families of the soldiers, ensuring their stable lives so that the new soldiers can confidently participate in and successfully complete their assigned tasks.


The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee expressed gratitude to the training units for providing assistance, education, and support to the new recruits, helping them quickly integrate into the military environment. He urged the training units to continue providing support so that the new recruits can focus on their work and participate in training effectively; and to create conditions for them to train and strive to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.


The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Nguyen Thanh Nghi, expressed his hope that the new recruits would strive to study well, with enthusiasm and dedication.











During the visit, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi also presented gifts to the units and new recruits, expressing the affection of the government and people of Ho Chi Minh City for their children and encouraging the new recruits to strive to train and fulfill their military service.
