In which, Clause 7, Article 1 of Decree No. 47/2023/ND-CP supplements Article 16b on the responsibilities of auction participants on the Online Auction Information Page:
- Ensure equipment when participating in the auction; be responsible in case your network system has problems leading to the inability to participate in the auction and bid on the Online Auction Information Page.
- Manage and secure the account and password provided. In case of loss or discovery of illegal use of your account, you must immediately notify the asset auction organization, asset auction council, or organization in which the State owns 100% of the charter capital established by the Government to handle bad debts of credit institutions.
- Be responsible before the law for the accuracy and honesty of the information registered and posted on the Online Auction Information Page when logging in with the granted account.
- Comply with the provisions of the Law on Property Auction, other relevant legal provisions and the Auction Regulations.
Decree No. 47/2023/ND-CP takes effect from September 1, 2023.
