The 13th Tuyen Quang press contest "Joining hands to build new rural areas" in 2024 has 109 entries with articles, photos, and television reports of various genres on the topic of building new rural areas.

The content of the works participating in the contest closely follows the theme, expanding the topic of information and propaganda about the goals and subjects of new rural construction; propaganda about the results of implementing national criteria on new rural construction; propaganda and praise of typical examples of construction and socio -economic development in rural areas; examples of farmers overcoming difficulties, developing the economy, building cultural life, preserving traditional customs and national identity... especially reflecting and praising the movement of good people and good deeds contributing to the construction of new rural areas.
The quality of the works participating in the contest is more consistent than last year; among them are works that deeply reflect the issue of new rural construction from new angles and aspects, contributing solutions to accelerate the construction of new rural areas in difficult areas, through specific actions and people.
The Organizing Committee awarded 5 A prizes; 10 B prizes; 19 C prizes and 23 Encouragement prizes for outstanding works.
