Granting investment registration certificates for 3 super tourist wharf projects worth 8,500 billion VND

Three projects at De Gi lagoon are expected to create momentum for urban development, services, marine eco-tourism and enhance the development space in the Southeast of Gia Lai province in the coming period.

On November 28, at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee, the leaders of Gia Lai province had a working session with the leaders of Arque Degi Joint Stock Company and billionaires from Switzerland, Monaco, and Panama to launch the journey to implement strategic projects: Floating urban and tourism service area of ​​Nam De Gi lagoon (sub-area No. 16.1); Floating urban and tourism service area of ​​De Gi lagoon center (sub-area No. 16.2); Floating urban and tourism service area of ​​Bac De Gi lagoon (sub-area No. 16.3).

Speaking at the meeting, Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary, Mr. Thai Dai Ngoc, said that these 3 projects are not just simple constructions but an important milestone in the socio-economic development strategy. At the same time, he affirmed that the strategy to promote the high-end real estate industry and luxury superyacht tourism services of the province will attract billionaires, politicians , European and Middle Eastern royalty and many of the world's top stars to come and relax.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan said that the province has created all conditions for investors to soon implement projects in the locality and hopes that investors need to make investments in accordance with initial commitments, implement quality, modern projects, ensure environmental factors and sustainable development for the locality.

The project built in the province will fundamentally change the socio-economic development of the province, especially services and tourism. The project, when completed, will attract the super-rich to Gia Lai and from there the province will build a financial service center like the world is doing.

Mr. Tong Duc Hieu, Chairman of Lac Viet Group, Vietnam and Director of Arque Degi Joint Stock Company, Vietnam said: This groundbreaking initiative is a bold combination of luxury, sustainability and advanced technological innovation, in line with Vietnam's vision of progressive economic development and environmental protection. Not only that, this is also a heritage project, created to bring Vietnam to the pinnacle of the world in global luxury and sustainable development.

The Dam De Gi project is a world first – a “one-of-a-kind model,” representing a turning point in luxury living. It is the first fully zero-emission yacht community on the planet.

“Unlike any other project, each villa at Dam De Gi is designed as a direct extension of a superyacht. The villa architecture reflects Palmer Johnson’s design – a sophisticated combination of aerodynamic lines, expansive glass spaces and master craftsmanship,” emphasized Lac Viet Group Chairman Tong Duc Hieu.

According to Tong Duc Hieu, Arque Degi Joint Stock Company representing Lac Viet Group, Finance Suisse-Swiss Fund Management Company and Palmer Johnson Superyacht Company with more than 100 years of history surveyed 3,200km of Vietnam's coastline and found that the central region, especially Gia Lai province, has invaluable assets that will not fade over time, such as marine climate, natural landscapes and rich local cultural traditions.

This place is especially suitable for building a special economic zone (SEz) in the Cat Tien-De Gi area as a living and working environment for the super-rich with extremely high net income, world billionaires; a place where super-luxury resorts, international financial centers can be built, and an environment that attracts key industries, niche markets with high added value suitable for the characteristics of Gia Lai province such as aerospace, weather control center, semiconductors, logistics, super ports, cargo air transport, 6G, blue ocean economy, organic agriculture - vertical agriculture; world-class innovation and creativity center...

The project will open up a breakthrough development direction, aiming to put Gia Lai on the map of leading destinations in the country and internationally for high-end and luxury resort tourism services. At the same time, the project will turn the coastal area of ​​De Gi and An Luong into a model growth pole, creating a chain effect, attracting high-quality investment, promoting smart urbanization and improving the overall competitiveness of the province on the international tourism map.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan awarded investment registration certificates for 3 projects with a total capital of about 8,500 billion VND to Arque Degi Joint Stock Company.

Three floating urban and tourism service projects including the South, Central and North subdivisions, with a scale of more than VND 8,500 billion at De Gi lagoon, were all won by ARQUE DEGI Joint Stock Company with typical items such as: hotels and floating villas on the lagoon, mountain villas, hotels on hills, super yacht marinas, golf courses, En urban area, resort villages, community tourism, billionaire island; in which, the floating urban and tourism service area of ​​Nam De Gi lagoon (sub-division No. 16.1) was deployed in De Gi commune, with a scale of about 225 hectares.

The project aims to concretize the spatial planning for urban development, resorts, trade-services and the De Gi superyacht wharf, while contributing to the implementation of the province's housing development program for the period 2020-2035. The total investment capital of the project is more than VND 2,277 billion; of which the cost of compensation and resettlement support is about VND 200 billion.

The floating urban and tourism service area of ​​De Gi lagoon center (sub-area 16.2) has a scale of about 187 hectares in An Luong commune, with a total investment of 2,695 billion VND. The project forms a new modern and synchronous urban area, integrating tourism, trade, services, green parks and social infrastructure functions, with an expected state budget contribution rate of 5.2%.

The floating urban and tourism service area of ​​Bac Dam De Gi (sub-area 16.3) is also located in An Luong commune, with a scale of about 160 hectares, with a total investment of more than 3,581 billion VND. The project includes a floating service area on the water surface, commercial works, social infrastructure, green parks, and a synchronous traffic and technical infrastructure system.

According to the approval decision, the projects invested by ARQUE DEGI Joint Stock Company have a 50-year operating period. The investor is responsible for coordinating with the authorities to carry out compensation, support, resettlement and livelihood support for the people, ensuring that there are no conflicts with the boat mooring area.

Three projects at De Gi lagoon are expected to create momentum for urban development, services, marine eco-tourism and enhance the development space in the Southeast of Gia Lai province in the coming period.

On this occasion, ArQue Degi Joint Stock Company donated 1 billion VND to support Gia Lai province's people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and floods in the area./.
