Providing support for repairing houses for poor and near-poor households in 2025 in Cam Thanh Nam commune

On the morning of April 10, the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Cam Thanh Nam Commune, Cam Ranh City held a ceremony to hand over support for repairing houses for poor and near-poor households in 2025. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Lu Thanh Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Cam Ranh City Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Cam Ranh City.

Four households in Cam Thanh Nam commune received support this time, including: Mrs. Bo Bo Thi Hong's household, a poor ethnic minority household in Quang Phuc village; Mrs. Vo Thi Kim Tu's household, a poor household in Hoa Do 7 village; Mrs. Vo Thi Kim Tu's household and Mr. Chau Quang Trieu's household, both poor households in Quang Hoa village. These are households with difficult circumstances, with degraded houses but not yet having the conditions to upgrade or repair them. The total funding to support the households is 115 million VND from local social mobilization funds.

At the ceremony, Mr. Lu Thanh Hai and representatives of local leaders presented symbolic support plaques to the families; at the same time, they hoped that after having stable housing, the families would continue to overcome difficulties and improve their lives.

The projects are expected to be completed before April 30.
