Awarding the title of Excellent Teacher

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Minh Luc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors and localities.

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the tradition of Vietnamese Teachers' Day; the efforts and contributions of generations of teachers, education managers and the achievements of the Education and Training sector of Ninh Thuan province after 32 years of re-establishment of the province. Currently, the whole sector has over 10,100 cadres, teachers and employees. The majority of cadres and teachers have qualified and above-standard qualifications, are experienced, have solid expertise, are enthusiastic and dedicated to their profession. The team of cadres and teachers basically ensures the structure, meeting the minimum requirements for organizing teaching and learning according to the 2018 General Education Program.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Over the past time, the Education and Training sector has made many efforts; constantly innovated in thinking, awareness, and methods; developed both the scale and quality of education, making important contributions to the socio -economic development of the locality. On behalf of the provincial leaders, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee sent his best regards and congratulations to teachers on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day; expressed his respect and deep gratitude to generations of teachers.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Education and Training to continue to promote its glorious tradition and constantly improve the quality of education at all levels. Teachers must constantly be creative, innovative, and perfect their qualities and ideals; constantly strive, practice, improve their capacity, overcome difficulties, overcome challenges, do their best to foster knowledge, arouse passion, inspire and truly be shining examples for generations of students to follow; continue to promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; effectively carry out the emulation movement "Building friendly schools, active students"; strengthen education on ideals, morality and life skills for students; have appropriate teaching methods to maximize the initiative and creativity of learners. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that Party committees, authorities at all levels, departments, branches, families and society continue to pay attention and care to promote the development of education and training in the province.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 1582/QD-CTN of the President on conferring the title of Excellent Teacher to individuals who have contributed to the cause of education and training of the nation. Comrades: Tran Quoc Nam, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Minh Luc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and leaders of the Department of Education and Training awarded the title of Excellent Teacher, presented flowers to congratulate 4 teachers and educational managers of the province who were awarded the title of Excellent Teacher by the President; presented certificates of merit from the Minister of Education and Training to 8 collectives and 30 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning" in the 2023-2024 school year; presented certificates of merit from the Director of the Department of Education and Training to 13 teachers and educational managers who achieved outstanding and exemplary achievements as teachers and educational managers in 2024.
