The most serious is the route from the commune People's Committee center to Tang village (a particularly difficult village). This route is only 12 km long but has 26 landslides on the negative and positive slopes. Currently, the roadbed on the route from Nien village to Tang has broken for a length of 50 m, creating a 35 m deep abyss, cutting off 72 households with 314 people in Tang village from the commune center.
Mr. Ho Van Tuan, Party Cell Secretary and Head of Tang Village, said that the road leading to Tang Village is 7 meters wide and is now 3 kilometers of dirt road. Heavy rain has caused the road surface to erode and deform, creating deep ditches in many places, and rainwater still flows strongly on the road surface, making it difficult for people to travel.

“If we want to get to the commune center, we have to walk through a 1km-long trail that the local government and people have just cleared along the mountainside through landslides and separation points. It takes nearly 4 hours to walk over hills and mountains to the commune center and carry a bag of rice home. If someone in the village gets seriously ill and needs to go to the hospital, we don’t know what to do,” said Mr. Tuan.
Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Dam Commune, Nguyen Van Danh, added that it is raining in the commune and it is not safe for people to walk on the temporary road along the mountain slopes near the fault point. The People's Committee of Ca Dam Commune recommends that people only walk to the commune center when absolutely necessary.

Currently, the Commune People's Committee has proposed the Department of Agriculture and Environment to propose the Provincial People's Committee to support the locality with funds to urgently repair the damage on the traffic routes. In the immediate future, 40,000 m3 of landslide soil will be excavated and transported; the negative slope will be covered with stone gabions and concrete will be poured to build a 35m bridge over the broken location in Tang village.
In addition, due to heavy rain, the roads from Tang village to Que village; the road from Nuoc Nia to Que village, the Tra Tan - Cay Cho - Tra Nham road... in Ca Dam commune are also sinking and eroding. High floodwaters also caused the road from the old Tra Bui commune People's Committee to group 1, group 2 of Nien village to sink, the drainage pipe is broken about 5 meters, making it impassable; the road from group 21 to group 15 of Tra Ngon village to sink, the drainage pipe is broken about 8 meters, currently vehicles are still unable to pass.
