According to initial information, the fight occurred at 0:15 a.m. on November 17 at a drinking place on Chi Lang Street, Vinh Bao Ward, Rach Gia City between two groups of people. The police determined that there were about 20 to 30 people fighting, and initially the leader of the fight was not identified.

As a result of the fight, Mr. TNP (30 years old), residing on Le Thi Hong Gam Street, Vinh Thanh Ward, Rach Gia City, was injured in many places on his body. Mr. P's wife, Ms. TTT (23 years old), suffered scratches on her nose, left face, and both legs.
