Deploying guiding documents for the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates at commune level, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of August 1, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a direct and online conference to 64 communes and wards in the province to deploy documents directing the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates at the commune level, term 2025 - 2030. Chairing the conference were Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Le Thanh Trieu and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee: Nguyen Van Khoi, Vo Thi Ngoc Han.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee deployed Directive 02 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations at the provincial and communal levels for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, provided guidance on organizing the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the communal level for the 2025-2030 term; organized the conference of the Front Work Committee for the residential area for the 2025-2028 term and continued to reorganize, streamline and consolidate mass organizations at the provincial and communal levels. According to the instructions, the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the communal level shall be held for no more than 1.5 days and completed before September 30, 2025.

Regarding the plan to organize mass organizations at the provincial and communal levels, based on the practical situation, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee will advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to choose a plan to merge organizations with similar functions, tasks, objects and activities, ensuring compliance with the grassroots reality, taking care of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the People, union members and association members.

Within the framework of the conference, the documents of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province on implementing the propaganda of the GRDP growth target (8.8%) of Ca Mau province in 2025 were also deployed; grasping the situation of the people and public opinion on the Party Congresses at all levels; collecting opinions and synthesizing comments from cadres, party members, union members, association members and people on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Le Thanh Trieu requested Party Committees of communes, wards and Fatherland Front Committees at all levels to closely coordinate in preparing for the congresses of the Fatherland Front at all levels, promptly establish sub-committees to serve the congresses; strengthen extensive propaganda work within the political system and among the people, especially organizing comments on draft documents of the National Party Congress, the Provincial Party Congress in conjunction with the Fatherland Front Congress; pay attention to the work of grasping the situation of the people, promptly reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of all classes of people; proactively develop a budget estimate for the congress in accordance with actual conditions, and submit it to competent authorities for timely approval.
