Deploying the Digital Transformation Project in Dissemination and Education of Law for the 2025-2030 Period

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Plan to implement the Digital Transformation Project in the dissemination and education of law for the period 2025-2030 (Project 766) in the province.

Accordingly, the purpose of the plan is to effectively implement the contents of Project 766/QD-TTg, contributing to comprehensive and fundamental innovation in management work and methods of organizing and implementing activities to disseminate and educate the law to people and businesses through prioritizing the application of digital technology combined with appropriate traditional methods. Ensuring the provision of legal information quickly, accurately, conveniently, reaching all subjects, enhancing interaction; improving effectiveness, efficiency, optimizing costs, and substance, maximally meeting the needs of people and businesses to learn and study the law. Ensuring that people in the province have access to and learn about legal information and legal documents through databases, digital applications, and digital technology; Cadres, civil servants, public employees, and soldiers of the People's Armed Forces who advise on the dissemination and education of law, legal reporters, and legal propagandists are updated and have access to knowledge and digital transformation skills in the dissemination and education of law...

To achieve the above objectives, the Provincial People's Committee requests relevant agencies and units to raise awareness and responsibility for digital transformation in the dissemination and education of law; perfect policies and institutions on digital transformation in the dissemination and education of law; digital transformation to improve the effectiveness of state management in the dissemination and education of law; digital transformation in the dissemination and education of law to serve people and businesses; build and develop human resources for digital transformation in the dissemination and education of law; strengthen conditions to ensure the implementation of digital transformation in the dissemination and education of law; ensure information security and network security in the implementation of digital transformation in the dissemination and education of law, etc.
