(BTV) On the morning of February 5, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference on the progress of site clearance for Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park, Que Vo II Industrial Park - Phase 2 and Que Vo III - Sub-area 2. Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference. Also attending were comrade Le Xuan Loi, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of relevant departments, branches and localities.
Conference Overview
Regarding the compensation situation for lots E1, E2, F1 in Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park, relevant units have compensated for land acquisition for 42/118 households with an area of 8.5 ha/21.3 ha (reaching 40%). The area currently paying compensation for land acquisition is 12.8 ha (payment will continue from February 7, 2025); The area for which the compensation plan has not been approved is 4 ha due to the completion of the dossier to adjust the Decision of Tien Du District People's Committee on recognizing the results of land conversion; Tien Du District strives to complete the approval of the compensation plan before February 15. For the area of national defense land, the investor proposed to quickly have a plan to hand over the site to the investor of Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park to implement the project. Regarding the preparation of conditions to attract strategic investors, Kinh Bac Corporation is actively carrying out land procedures; Land leveling and infrastructure implementation for compensated area.

Regarding the progress of the Que Vo II Industrial Park infrastructure project - Phase 2, the land area approved according to the investment policy decision is 277.64 hectares. Of which, the units have compensated and acquired 40.4 hectares; In 2025, it is expected to implement land acquisition and acquisition in 3 phases, phase 1 (from January to April) with an area of 75 hectares in Chau Phong commune (Que Vo town); phase 2 (from May to August) with an area of 62 hectares in Duc Long commune; phase 3 (from September to December) with an area of 100 hectares in Duc Long commune, Chau Phong.
For the infrastructure project of Que Vo III Industrial Park - Sub-area 2 , the Prime Minister approved the investment policy with an area of 208.54 ha. Of which, 50.86 ha have been compensated and cleared. In 2025, the remaining areas of the project (about 171.6 ha, of which the rice land area is about 135 ha) will be cleared. The investor registered to add the rice land target in 2025 with an area of 135 ha for land clearance. There are 3 phases, Quarter I and Quarter II will review, count land, assets, establish, approve compensation plans, support land recovery and organize compensation payments in Phu Luong ward; Quarter III and Quarter IV will be implemented in Que Tan ward, Viet Hung ward; Quarter IV will prepare a dossier to request land allocation for 217.86 ha.
At the Conference, delegates focused on reporting on implementation progress and discussing implementation plans to speed up project implementation to promote attracting strategic investors to Bac Ninh .
