Agencies and units under the General Political Department shall organize the thorough understanding and development of plans to seriously and effectively implement Directive No. 23-CT/TW, the plans of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Political Department; and effectively implement solutions to ensure traffic order and safety within their units.
