The literary, artistic, and journalistic works submitted for consideration include those published in books, newspapers, paintings, and photographs (literary and journalistic works); recorded as sound ( musical works); made into films or performed on stage (cinematic works, television series, stage plays, dances); completed and operational buildings (architectural works); and theoretical and critical research works on literature and art that have been approved by central-level ministries and agencies.

The works must adhere to the theme; be original, creative, and of high quality in terms of ideological and artistic content; have a profound effect in widely disseminating the purpose, meaning, and practical value of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; raise awareness of his ideology, ethics, and style; contribute to building and rectifying the Party; strengthen the ideological, ethical, and cultural foundation within the Party; and spread widely throughout society; identify, highlight, and replicate advanced models and examples of good people and good deeds in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style...

The Standing Council of the specialized fields received 769 entries and established a preliminary judging panel to select outstanding works, collectives, and individuals with excellent achievements to report to the final judging panel.

Speaking at the meeting, Major General Nguyen Xuan Thuy commended the supporting agencies and specialized councils for their prompt, serious, and objective work.

Major General Nguyen Xuan Thuy emphasized: The purpose of organizing the awarding and presentation of prizes is to commend the contributions of artists, journalists, officers, and soldiers who have achieved outstanding results in creating and promoting literary, artistic, and journalistic works on the theme of "Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh."

The final judging panel reviewed, evaluated, and selected over 57 works, 12 collectives, and 12 individuals with outstanding achievements, recommending them for commendation by the Head of the General Political Department.
