Deploying the application "Electronic Party Member Handbook": Improving the effectiveness of management and Party member activities

On the morning of October 29, the Central Party Office organized an online training conference on the application of the Electronic Party Member Handbook for delegates working on Party building and cadres in charge of digital transformation of Party committees directly under the Central Party Committee, Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees; Party committees of grassroots Party organizations, grassroots Party Committees, grassroots Party cells and comrades assigned with digital transformation tasks at Party organizations.

Delegates attend training on using the electronic Party Member Handbook application

At the Conference, delegates were instructed on how to manage, use and exploit the application "Electronic Party Member Handbook", and at the same time discussed and answered questions related to the application. Instructions for logging into the electronic Party Member Handbook system introduced the first login process for Party members in 2 ways: Log in with an account and password using a personal identification number (Citizen ID); log in with VneID (Party members need to declare information on the Party Member Database 3.0 to create an account to use on the Electronic Party Member Handbook system).

Putting the Electronic Party Member Handbook into widespread use is an important step in the concretization of the digital transformation project in Party agencies and Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. Thereby, contributing to innovating the Party's leadership method, improving the effectiveness of Party organization work, promoting the role, responsibility, pioneering and exemplary role of Party members in the digital transformation process of the Party and the country./.
