The beneficiaries of gifts include: revolutionary activists before January 1, 1945 who are receiving monthly preferential allowances; revolutionary activists from January 1, 1945 to the August 1945 uprising who are receiving monthly preferential allowances; Vietnamese Heroic Mothers who are receiving monthly preferential allowances; People's Armed Forces Heroes, Labor Heroes during the resistance war who are receiving monthly preferential allowances; war invalids, people enjoying policies like war invalids, war invalids of type B, sick soldiers who are receiving monthly preferential allowances; resistance activists infected with toxic chemicals who are receiving monthly preferential allowances; people who have contributed to the revolution who are receiving monthly preferential allowances; revolutionary activists, resistance fighters, national defenders, and people performing international duties who were captured, imprisoned, or exiled by the enemy who are receiving monthly preferential allowances; relatives of martyrs who are receiving monthly survivor allowances; Relatives of two or more martyrs receiving monthly survivor benefits; representatives of martyrs' relatives; people who worship martyrs.
