Two Malaysian referees will officiate the two key matches of round 26.

Specifically, referee Razlan Joffri Bin Ali will officiate the match between Da Nang and SLNA at Tam Ky Stadium. Mr. Muhammad Izzul Fikri Kamaruzaman will officiate the match between Binh Dinh and Hanoi at Quy Nhon Stadium. These are two matches that have a direct impact on the ticket to the First Division as well as the team that will play in the play-off.

The fact that VPF continues to invite foreign referees to officiate key matches shows its efforts to ensure fairness and professionalism in the final rounds of the season. Under the current format, the last-placed team in the V.League will be directly relegated. The second-to-last team must play a play-off match with the second-placed team in the First Division to compete for a place in the V.League next season.

The final round of this year witnessed a tense survival race between three teams, Binh Dinh, Da Nang and Quang Nam. Of these, Binh Dinh is at the most disadvantage as it is at the bottom of the table, and must beat Ha Noi to maintain its hope of staying in the V.League. Quang Nam will play away at HAGL, while Da Nang will face SLNA, two opponents who have lost their motivation to compete.

The matches will take place simultaneously at 5:00 p.m. on June 22. In addition, there will be 4 matches applying VAR technology including Da Nang - SLNA, Binh Dinh - Hanoi, The Cong Viettel - Ho Chi Minh City and CAHN - Hai Phong.

V.League 2024/25 has determined the champion is Nam Dinh. The runner-up of the tournament is Hanoi. The third place will be the competition between CAHN and The Cong Viettel.
