The 26th Congress of the Party Committee of the College of Cryptography Technology is an important political event, continuing to affirm the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development" of the School.

The political report presented by Colonel Tran Doan Viet, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the College of Cryptography Technology, and the opinions presented at the congress unanimously assessed that in the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the School has been proactive, creative, and successfully implemented the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 25th Congress of Delegates.

Notably, the project to upgrade the school to a college, the project "Organizing regular military college and university admissions for the period 2023-2030 and the following years" has been successfully implemented; information technology application, digital transformation in education and training; perfecting, fostering, and improving the quality of the teaching staff and educational management staff according to the new organization and staffing and meeting the requirements of college training tasks; implementing the points on "Building regularity, managing discipline and promoting military administrative reform"; training quality, qualifications, and combat readiness have been improved. Party building work has been focused on, ensuring science, democracy, closeness to the grassroots, and adherence to principles.

Based on the achievements and results, in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the College of Cryptography Technology focuses on improving the comprehensive leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee. Building a clean and strong Party Committee, a comprehensively strong school that is "exemplary and typical", excellently completing assigned tasks.

The Congress also identified a number of key targets: Building and strictly implementing plans, programs, andeducational and training content; 100% of teachers and educational managers have skills in using information technology in educational and training activities; organizing exams and testing to evaluate results, 100% meet requirements, with more than 75% being good and excellent.

Speaking at the congress, on behalf of the Standing Committee and the Party Committee of the General Staff - Ministry of National Defense, Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc acknowledged and commended the achievements and results of the Party Committee of the College of Secret Engineering, and emphasized a number of issues for the congress to discuss and clarify, thereby deciding on the direction and goals for the coming term.

Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc suggested that the Party Committee of the College of Cryptography Technology thoroughly grasp and successfully implement the goals of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, projects on building a team of teachers and educational managers, on a learning society, on innovating the process and training programs for cadres at all levels in the Army; projects on digital transformation in the field of education and training, effectively serving the task of building the Army's Cryptography sector to move straight towards modernity, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation. Focus on implementing breakthroughs, creating strong changes in the implementation of political tasks, especially training students at the 36-month college level.

The Party Committee of the College of Cryptography Technology focuses on leading the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of political and ideological education, building cadres, employees, students and soldiers with a strong political stance, absolute trust in the leadership of the Party, high determination, proactively overcoming difficulties, and completing assigned tasks well. Strengthening the management, education and training of students, closely combining vocational training with teaching people, learning and doing, to train professional staff in the Cryptography industry who are "both red and professional", meeting the requirements of building the Cryptography industry straight to modernity.

Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc requested the School Party Committee to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement directives and resolutions from higher levels on Party building work, improve the comprehensive leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels. Organize and effectively implement the Emulation Movement to Win in conjunction with emulation movements and campaigns at all levels and sectors; promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, and the campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period.
